So, with Christmas one week away, I was really happy to see that the alphabet book I ordered from Shutterfly arrive! It looks amazing. I worked hard to make this photo book and it looks like a real book. A little costly ($45.00 Can.Dollars), but I figure it will be the only gift from me to Baby #1 and we can all treasure it forever. Even my husband said it looked amazing.
This year, we are hosting Christmas dinner at our place again (3yrs. in a row). With the baby this year, I was really hoping that my family would step up and be the host, but due to some family issues my parents are not in a festive mood. Do we all have family issues? A black sheep in the family?
Anyway, I just have to buy one more present for the in-laws and then I am done! The malls are pretty but scary to walk around in with a stroller these days. I can't wait until the crowds are gone and the hype is over. Although, it is exciting to celebrate with the new baby this year.
I will have to give you the update on how dinner unfolds.
